- Minimum orders from this website are $200.00.
- When you submit an order to NOK 'EM DED jewellery design, via our website, you are offering to purchase, from NOK 'EM DED jewellery design, those items set out in your order. Payment details must be provided at time of submission. No goods will be delivered before full payment is received.
- All payments must be approved or cleared before orders can be despatched.
- Payments will be processed in $AUD.
- NOK 'EM DED jewellery design choose to absorb your credit card buyer fees on all purchases from this website.
- As the customer, you are liable for any fees or charges imposed for any payments from your nominated card or nominated debit account which is dishonoured.
- As the customer, you will pay for all transport costs for goods sent out to you, including insurance.
- All Australian orders are subject to 10 percent GST (goods services tax), as appropriate in Australia, which will be added to your total order.
- NOK 'EM DED jewellery design reserves the right to adjust prices and discontinue products at any time without prior notice. Where a product becomes unavailable after acceptance of your order, NOK 'EM DED jewellery design will contact the customer and offer an alternative and/or remove that item from the order.
- If you are not content with any of the goods, or they are not to your satisfaction, you must contact us within 7 days and goods must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Under such circumstances, we will have no hesitation in replacing the goods or forwarding a credit note immediately. Products must be returned in the same condition they were shipped to you and in their original packaging.
- In order to qualify for a refund or exchange, all returned jewellery must be unworn, in original condition, undamaged and returned within 10 business days of purchase.
- The cost of returned postage is at the cost of the customer except in the case of faulty products or incorrect products shipped.
- There are no refunds or exchanges due to improper fit of rings, bracelets or necklaces. Sizes and measurements are shown as part of the detailed information for each piece therefore we cannot be held responsible.
- Faulty materials or workmanship - Full Replacement or Refund Guarantee - We will replace the piece with another item or similar item of your choice to the same value or cheerfully refund the full amount.
- NOK 'EM DED jewellery design will pay for all related postage charges for any goods that are returned due to faulty workmanship or incorrect products shipped. All returned goods must be packed against damage and sent registered post. If goods returned total more than $100.00, they must also be sent insured.
- We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit caused by the freight carrier.
- NOK 'EM DED jewellery design is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or tariffs that may be imposed by customs in international countries. You, as the purchaser and receiver of the goods, are responsible for these charges.
- No refunds or exchanges are applicable for cancellation of orders.
- NOK 'EM DED jewellery design label all materials used that are known to them, including imitations, and do not intentionally list imitations as real.
- All items on our website are subject to availability.
- We believe that our photographs and description show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however colours of products supplied may differ slightly from appearances online. NOK 'EM DED jewellery design cannot be held responsible for marginal differences in the products supplied.
