NOK 'EM DED jewellery design will send all goods with Australia Post (AusPost).
As the customer, you will pay for all transport costs for goods sent out to you, including insurance and handling fee.
NOK 'EM DED jewellery design are not responsible for damage or loss in transit caused by the freight carrier.
AUSTRALIA
- Goods sent within Australia will be sent by 'Registered Post’ including insurance against loss or damage. Registered Post articles require a signature for delivery confirmation.
- Australia Post endeavours to deliver your parcel within 2-4 working days.
INTERNATIONAL POST
- NOK 'EM DED jewellery design send goods worldwide by 'Air Mail’ including insurance.
- Insurance provides coverage against loss, theft or damage, proof of posting, secure handling and a signature upon delivery.
- Australia Post estimates international delivery times between 3-10 days.
- Any possible delays due to customs etc are outside of our control.
CUSTOMS FOR OVERSEAS ORDERS
Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country. Unfortunately we are not able to estimate what these charges, if any, might be. NOK 'EM DED jewellery design is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or tariffs that may be imposed by customs in international countries. You, as the purchaser and receiver of the goods, are responsible for these charges.
United States: Special rules apply for orders delivered to the United States. Orders delivered to the United States are tax free - they are exempt from US customs duties and Australian taxes.There should be no customs duties for products imported/delivered to the United States due to the Fair Trade Agreement (FTA) between Australia and the United States (commonly referred to as the AUSFTA) which has been effective as from the 1st of January 2005. The FTA provides that US customs duties should not be applied on goods from Australia (including jewellery) that are sent/delivered to the US.
RETURNS POLICY
NOK 'EM DED jewellery design strive to maintain high quality workmanship, and all other aspects, at all times. If, however, you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products when you receive your order.
- Please notify us within 7 days & return your goods within 10 days and we will happily exchange them or forward a credit note to you immediately.
FAULTY MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP
Full Replacement or Refund Guarantee – we will replace the item with another item or a similar item of your choice or have no hesitation in refunding the full amount.

NOK 'EM DED jewellery design will pay for any related postal charges for all goods returned. We ask you to please package returned goods carefully against damage.
