This is a user guide to help make your shopping and ordering online with
NOK ?EM DED quicker, easier and more convenient. With our great website features your ordering experience is sure to be hassle free.
Our home page gives you access to our ?About Us?, ?Contact Us? and ?Feedback? pages. There is also a sample page of both our ?Silver Jewellery Collection? and our ?Stone Jewellery Collection? for you to view various samples of our designs and catalogues. Don?t forget to click on the images to enlarge them for better viewing.
From our home page you can also access the ?Catalog? log in page. Log in with your username and password is required to gain entry to our product catalog and the full content of our site, including ?shipping and handling?, ?payment info? and ?terms and conditions?.
Password protection enables us to keep our designs exclusive to you.
If you are not yet a member and would like to be, or are interested in our products, you can contact us from the catalog log in page also. We will then issue you your username and password so you too can become a member and take part in the various services we have to offer.
Once inside the catalogue you?ll find all our products within ?Our Collections? on the left side menu. All our current products are arranged into product categories. You can enter these categories by clicking on the category names or thumbnails.
You can then view our products and see the quantity in stock. To purchase any of these products, click on ?buy now? or ?add to cart? (on the description info page).
For a full description of any of these products and to enter your quantity amounts, just click on the product name or thumbnail image and you will be taken to the description info page. On this page there is detailed information of the product, available options (eg. Color or size options) and the quantity input box.
Please remember that we have the available quantity in stock displayed for you on the previous product page. An adjustment message will appear in your shopping cart and at checkout next to any products you may have ordered in quantities above our availability in stock. The adjustments must be made before your order can be completed.
The description info page also has a larger thumbnail image that can be enlarged again for a close up of the detail in our designs.
If you would like to view our ?latest designs? only that are new on the site or would like to see what we have on ?special offer? then this can be done by clicking on the highlighted links in the black box on the ?welcome to the catalog? page.
On the left side you will see the ?Shopping Cart?. As you purchase your products they will add to the cart here for easy viewing. You can also enter the ?Shopping Cart? page by clicking on the green arrow to see further details, adjust any quantities or remove products (tick box & click update).
We know your time is precious to you so we have also incorporated into our site the added convenience of saving your order in your shopping cart for you to complete in different sessions if you need to. The items in your shopping cart however will still be available on our site to other members until you have checked out and completed your order, therefore if you don?t want to miss out on your products, don?t wait too long to complete your order.
If you would like to continue your order at another time then all you need to do is ?log out? and close your browser window, or close our website, and your uncompleted order will be saved in our database. To recommence your order at a different time just log back onto our website and continue ordering products. Your previous uncompleted order will still be waiting for you in the shopping cart. It?s that easy!
Your personal ?account? has some very handy features. These include a direct link to our ?New Products? and any ?Special Offers?. You can view your ?previous orders? and ?account history? and make changes to the details in your account, address book or subscription to our newsletter. These features can be accessed via the links on the left side or by clicking ?General information? also on the side menu in the Log In section.
Your currency can be chosen in the drop down menu under heading ?Choose Currency? on left side menu. Once chosen all our product prices on our website will automatically be displayed in your chosen currency. This will save you the hassle & time of converting any prices.
Please note that a minimum order of AUD$200.00 is required. You are unable to checkout and complete your order until this minimum has been reached.
?Checkout? is divided into 3 simple steps. ?Delivery Information?, ?Payment Information? and ?Order Confirmation?. During these steps you can choose your preferences for shipping, billing address, payment options and also add comments about your order.
Once checkout is completed an email will be sent to you showing details of your order and also providing a direct link back to your personal account and order information on our website.

As we have so many styles available in stock, to display them all on our website will result in longer downloading times and ordering. So to make things less time consuming for you we have shown you a small selection of styles in each range with a variety of sample photos. You can select a quantity from that range in different color options. We will choose a varied selection for you from our stock which may be slightly different to the sample photos shown. Our return policy allows you to return any products you may not be satisfied with. You can also make a note at checkout of any particular details you would like us to know.

We also have many of these in stock. Sample photos are shown and required quantities can be ordered. The styles will vary slightly but color tones will remain the same.
